Professional experience

Helga Carlotta Zanotti is a business lawyer who began her career in the fields of private international contract law, banking and financial law, and related corporate law.

Digital transformation led her to further develop her expertise in online and IT contracts, integrated compliance involving the GDPR, the AI Act and the Data Act, as well as related litigation proceedings.

She advises both start-ups and medium-sized and large companies in managing their contractual operations, particularly in the IT and online sectors, including through agile working arrangements, at both national and international level. She also serves as a LegalTech consultant to the Camera di Commercio Italiana negli Emirati Arabi Uniti.

Academic and Teaching Activities

Helga Carlotta Zanotti holds a university appointment within the Master International Business Entrepreneurship programme of the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the Università degli Studi di Pavia and serves on the Academic Board of Almo Collegio Borromeo, one of the merit-based university colleges recognised by the Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca.
