Professional Experience
Admitted to the Bar in 1995, Gian Paolo Valcavi obtained a PhD in Labour Market and Human Development, a Master SDA Bocconi in Human Resources Management, and a Master in Cyberlaw at the Berkman Klein Center of Harvard University. He carried out academic activities in Labour Law at the Università di Pavia and the Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
Since 2026, he has been a Partner of Twenty Seven Law Firm. Since 2022, he has been collaborating with Freebly.
He is the author of publications and newsletters on labour law, privacy, web reputation and the impact of AI in the world of work. He is the author of “Diritto a Fumetti”.
