Professional experience

Avv. Danilo Giorgio Grattoni graduated in Law from the University of Parma and is a member of the Milan Bar Association. Since 2018, he has also been enrolled in the Special Register of Supreme Court Lawyers, authorised to appear before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.

He has been a partner in leading law firms.

Practice areas

Avv. Danilo Giorgio Grattoni focuses his professional practice on litigation and arbitration, domestic and international contract law, corporate law, and business crisis and insolvency law. He has gained significant experience in assisting both listed and private companies operating in regulated markets and highly complex sectors. In this context, he has dealt with extraordinary transactions, the management of shareholder disputes, corporate governance matters and the liability of corporate bodies, including executive and independent directors, boards of statutory auditors and internal committees. As an independent director of listed companies, he has gained an even deeper insight into corporate dynamics, acquiring high-level in-house experience.

Academic and teaching experience

Avv. Danilo Giorgio Grattoni is a jurist, author of legal publications, and a speaker at seminars and conferences. Until 2020, he served as an assistant professor, initially as a teaching assistant in Private Law Institutions at the University of Milan-Bicocca (Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca), and later in Civil Law at the University of Milan (Università degli Studi di Milano). He was appointed by decree of the Ministry of Justice as Commissioner for the 2022 Bar Examination session.
