Gian Paolo Valcavi

A lawyer since 1995, Gian Paolo Valcavi holds a PhD in Labour Market and Human Capital Development, an SDA Bocconi Master’s in Human Resources Management, and a Master’s in Cyberlaw from the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University. He has held academic positions in Labour Law at Università di Pavia and Università degli Studi di Bergamo.

Since 2026, he has been Of Counsel at Twenty Seven Law Firm. Since 2022, he has been a partner at Freebly, the first benefit company among lawyers in Italy.

He is the author of publications and newsletters on labour law, privacy, web reputation, and the impact of AI in the workplace. He is the creator of “Diritto a Fumetti”.
