My journey as a lawyer
It would be reductive to say that I “practise” as a lawyer, when the notion of “doing”, from an ontological point of view, does not necessarily coincide with that of “being”.
I am, therefore, a lawyer because, in some way, I have always been one, even before completing my academic studies at the University of Parma (Università degli Studi di Parma) and beginning my traineeship at a leading Milan law firm, renowned for its significant academic and practical tradition in corporate law.
My strong inclination and irresistible drive to challenge myself led me to practise as a trainee lawyer, and later to continue my career by opening my own law firm in June 2006, once I had been admitted to the Bar.
I like to describe myself as a “gypsy” of the legal profession: my positive restlessness — an expression of a constant drive to find the best context in which to express myself in an ever more dynamic legal world — has led me along a path marked by many stages, from each of which I have drawn, and continue to draw, extraordinary lessons and experiences.
For over eleven years I ran my own law firm and later experienced the environment of leading international law firms, until I came across freebly® STA SB S.r.l., the first benefit law firm (società tra avvocati benefit) in Italy: a project founded on values I deeply share and which places the individual at the centre of every professional relationship.
After this journey, together with other professionals in the corporate field, I chose to establish DRBG Law Firm, a new entity focused on corporate dynamics, both physiological and pathological.
Today, this journey finds its synthesis in 27 LAW Firm: my professional laboratory, which has become a Law Firm welcoming colleagues with whom I share approach, method, and ethics.
